The hands-on workshop will focus on 16S Metagenomics Sequencing and Data Analysis, providing participants with practical insights into Oxford Nanopore sequencing workflows, experimental considerations, and downstream data interpretation.

This workshop is designed for researchers, faculty members, and students seeking applied exposure to metagenomics sequencing using nanopore technology.
