MedRuner* is a biomedical literature mining tool that assists in mining, classification and analysis of a large set of pubmed abstracts. This tool can be used to build correlation maps between search terms and generate a broad understanding of the subject/gene/pathway etc. MedRuner is a dynamically designed interactive tool that IDENTIFIES, ANALYZE and REPORT the biologically significant and well focused information from the pubmed abstracts in a few minutes.
*MedRuner was tested to handle 10,000 abstracts.
Highlights:
The key components of MedRuner are:
Analyze the abstracts in context of genes and diseases.
Analyze the abstracts in context of different biological terms.
Well informative Relationship table between the genes and disease with number of citations in the abstracts.
Evidence report with extracted lines from the abstracts with respect to gene and disease.
MedRuner is available here for demo use.

Features
MedRuner significantly reduces the time in analyzing large volume of abstracts with the genes and terms. With MedRuner the user can find the relation between the gene and terms from the abstracts.
The key features of MedRuner are:
Analyze the abstracts in context of genes and diseases
Analyze the abstracts in context of different biological terms (Free Search)
Relationship table between the genes and disease with number of citations in the abstracts
Evidence report with extracted lines from the abstracts with respect to gene and disease.
